Shipping Information

Processing Time - Order processing includes verifying transactions, tailoring products, quality checking, and packaging. Take note, we send orders to our fulfillment centers for dispatching shortly after they're placed, unless otherwise flagged as a potentially fraudulent transaction. Then these fulfillment centers process the orders, which may take between 1 to 4 business days.

Shipping Time - When referencing shipment time, this regards the period it takes for an order to physically arrive from a warehouse to the destination. After order processing and leaving the warehouse, items may take anywhere between 2 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International deliveries (outside of the United States) may take between 7–28 days.

Important Note - These are broadly estimated shipping ranges and customers are able to directly track their purchases through our order status tools.

Estimated Costs

Our shippers (UPS, USPS, FEDEX) use a dimensional weight formula to calculate the shipping cost of a shipment. The weight of an item is posted on its web page if the manufacturer has provided the weight. The size and shape of the shipping box is determined by the warehouse when packing. Please note, the estimated dimensions of the box or boxes correlates to our shipping costs.

Out of Stock Items

Orders which contain out of stock items will be canceled and refunded to the customer.

Order Confirmation

After submitting an order, customers will receive an automatic email order confirmation with the full invoice numbers displayed. Please use these invoice numbers when communicating with us or when using our tracking tools to get the current status of an order.

Please be aware that International USPS Label Receipt Numbers are NOT tracking numbers. They are Delivery Confirmation Numbers and will update when the orders are delivered.

Military Addresses

Shipping to a military address (APO, FPO) works differently than regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the military postal system and then they take over and deliver to the various military bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Postal Service, the shipment can no longer be tracked. Please be aware that the military may confiscate some items that do not conform to their list of accepted items.
